Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to spearhead our digital strategy and vision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our digital roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with business goals and priorities.

About the Role

In this role, you will own the platform and work closely with a small internal team and leading tech vendors to create market-leading digital experiences. Your key accountabilities include:

  • Defining the digital strategy and gaining buy-in from all key stakeholders
  • Acting as the voice of the customer to ensure the needs of clients, workers, and participants are catered for
  • Defining the go-to-market product range leveraging available technology when possible
  • Establishing a roadmap by sizing each initiative and understanding dependencies and tracking progress
  • Driving innovation in product and process across the enterprise
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related study
  • 5+ years experience in a comparable role
  • Expert knowledge of product development processes and practices
  • Experience of working with internal and external development teams
  • Knowledge and experience using Jira and Confluence platforms
  • Strong technical documentation including architecture design diagrams
