Unlocking Digital Growth: A Key Leadership Role

The digital landscape is rapidly evolving, and we are seeking a strategic leader to drive our affiliate channel forward. As a Digital Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new partnerships and digital lead sources, driving commercial discussions that generate leads at scale outside of traditional channels.

Your expertise in the digital landscape and performance advertising will enable you to work closely with partners to drive lead volumes and maximize profits within agreed targets. You will develop a framework for success and manage a diverse range of partners to deliver on this strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing and 2+ years in a comparable leadership role
  • Tertiary level qualifications (e.g. bachelor's degree or higher) in a relevant marketing or business discipline
  • Proficient with performance marketing best practices and preferably Google Ads, Facebook & Microsoft Ads certified
  • Extensive digital marketing experience combined with a broad range of channel experience in service-based companies, preferably in financial services
  • Proven negotiation and relationship development experience and ability to manage stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives
  • Creative strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Strong people skills and ability to confidently build relationships and present and report to clients
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients or stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Demonstrable passion for social media and/or programmatic display, and its development in the market
  • JIRA or similar project / task management software
