As a key leader in our organization, we are seeking an experienced Nursing Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • The Nursing Services Manager will direct and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with established standards and policies.
  • This includes guiding staffing procedures, setting objectives, and developing long-term goals for the nursing department.
  • The successful candidate will organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • In addition, the Nursing Services Manager will be responsible for managing budgets and monitoring expenditures within the department.
  • This includes controlling supplies and payroll expenses, as well as resolving any issues or deficiencies that may arise.
  • The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and collaborating with other departments to streamline operations.
Qualifications
  • A current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
  • At least one year of experience in nursing management, preferably in the long-term care industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to lead and develop personnel, manage stress, and stay up-to-date with changing standards in nursing administration.
