Human Resources Consultant Job

Job Overview:

This is a rewarding role for an experienced HR professional looking to utilise their expertise in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and support across multiple services, building strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, development, coaching and issues resolution.
  • Develop deep relationships with stakeholders at every level of the business.
  • Create and implement effective workforce planning strategies.
  • Support managers in coaching and developing their teams.
  • Interpret employment contracts and industrial awards, with experience in the SCHADS Award highly regarded.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Diploma in HR with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex people challenges.
  • Current National Police Clearance valid within one year and WA Drivers Licence required.
