Senior Sales and Growth Specialist for Structured Finance Products

This role involves acquiring profitable and scalable new programs with new partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Structured Finance partners
- Build a network of industry professionals to identify new opportunities for Structured Finance across P&A programs or Operating Lease and broker distribution channels
- Foster a collaborative working environment with internal stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Address escalations and queries in a timely and customer-centric manner
- Liaise with credit, operations, and other departments to deliver positive outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, economics, or a related field
- A working understanding of financial analysis and credit requirements
- A sound knowledge of Asset Finance and related products
- Experience in Operating Lease and Rental products
- A strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth
