Job Title: Structured Finance Associate

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our structured finance department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial modeling, deal structuring, and infrastructure or energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Undertake detailed financial analysis of project appraisal, negotiation, and due diligence processes.">
  • Prepare comprehensive credit submissions, including new proposals, variation requests, and annual reviews.">
  • Manage credit and financial aspects of project analysis, including financial analysis of companies, technical and operational appraisals, production of financial projections, security, and cash-flow models.">
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, perform sensitivity analysis, and review business cases.">
  • Produce project finance ratings using internal tools for new projects and existing projects as required.">
  • Clearly articulate analytical opinions and criteria associated with the project rating model.">
  • Monitor loan exposures by participating in regular monitoring reports and reviews based on meetings with clients, site visits, financial reviews, and other research.">

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years' experience in project finance with a strong background in financial modeling, deal structuring, and infrastructure or energy sectors.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.">
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis.">
  • Familiarity with sector-specific frameworks (PPA structures, concession agreements, EPC and O&M contracts).">
