We are seeking a Agile Practice Lead responsible for driving international Agile projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Sprint Management: Ensure project objectives are achieved with the team
- Impediment Resolution: Resolve team impediments
- Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, Demos, and Retrospectives
- Sprint Backlog Management: Maintain Sprint Backlogs with MoSCoW prioritization
- Product Backlog & Collaboration: Support the Product Owner in backlog maintenance and acceptance criteria
- Agile Process Implementation: Champion Agile practices, including XP, Kanban, CI/CD, TDD, and ATDD
- Team Development & Performance: Identify competency gaps and initiate upskilling plans
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Own retrospective actions and participate in quality forums
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, experience managing international teams, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and knowledge of ALM tools and tracking dashboards.
