Agile Project Manager

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing daily sprint activities in alignment with business strategies and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an Agile champion, providing expert advice and support to expand understanding and practice of Agile principles and values throughout the business.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of Agile project implementation.
- Lead teams to identify and implement process improvements using Agile practices and tools.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate impediments and risks.
Requirements:
- Scrum Master certification and a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent team development skills and knowledge of developing and growing teams into performing stages.
- Ability to support product owners in maintaining team road maps and forecasting future deliverables.
- Proficiency in maintaining sprint flow by minimising external disturbances and removing blockers.
- SAFe 5 certification and some experience in scaled agile is desirable.
