Adult Community Social Worker Position

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Adult Community Social Worker to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor allocated workloads, adhering to Council policies and statutory obligations, and prioritizing individual and group tasks.
- Assess the need for social services, identify risks, determine intervention methods, and advise on appropriate resources.
- Liaise with other professionals, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work undertaken and complete necessary administrative procedures.
- Prepare for and attend supervision sessions and staff meetings, utilizing available training opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in adult community social work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
