Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Review Team

Location: Knowsley (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: £32.82 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a qualified Social Worker for its client's Adult Review Team, based in Knowsley.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Be part of a generic adult social work Review Team completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews.
  • Use a strengths-based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.
  • Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
  • Participate regularly in duty rota responsibilities.
  • Focus on person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.

Qualifications & Experience:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent
