We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Social Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Duty 1: Conduct thorough Care Act assessments and create personalized support plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Duty 2: Carry out safeguarding investigations, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Best Interest decisions while maintaining adherence to statutory requirements.
- Duty 3: Identify and manage risks, participate in MARAC meetings, and contribute to coordinated safety plans.
- Duty 4: Engage in Continuing Healthcare processes, including the completion of DSTs.
Requirements:
- Active registration with SWE
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Possession of a full UK driver's license
- Post-qualification experience
- Relevant degree-level qualifications in Social Work or equivalent
