We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our Community Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in managing workload, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality social services.
- Effective management of an allocated caseload, prioritizing tasks and adhering to Council policies and statutory obligations.
- Rigorous assessment of client needs, identifying risks and determining appropriate interventions, ensuring the best possible service delivery.
- Liaison with professionals, statutory agencies, and voluntary organizations to optimize outcomes for clients.
- Maintenance of accurate records and administrative procedures, contributing to efficient team operations.
- Active participation in supervision sessions, staff meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you must hold Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, possess a full UK driving license, and have post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also essential.
