Job Title: Childcare Program Coordinator

This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children and have strong communication skills. As a childcare program coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators in providing engaging services for children aged 4-12 years old.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centred program full of exciting experiences
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Enjoy working with kids
• Strong and clear communication
• Team player with a desire to become a service leader
• Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children
• Australian work rights
• Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing
