Leadership Opportunity: Childcare Director

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to manage the daily operations of our childcare service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and excellence, and fostering a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a high-performing team of educators and support staff
  • Manage the financial performance of the service
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to maintain our excellent rating of quality of care
  • Collaborate with area managers and CEOs to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional client liaison and communication skills
  • Maintain high capacities of a minimum of 80% for the whole service throughout the year

Essential Requirements:

  • High level of experience in the Childcare and After School Care Industry
  • Outstanding skills to develop efficient processes and procedures
  • Experience essential in leading a team
  • Strong communication and liaison abilities
  • Desire to push through tough issues to grow and learn
