Outside School Hours Care Coordinator


Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring a safe and happy environment for children.


Key responsibilities include developing, planning, and delivering daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.


A strong focus on child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting is also required.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Outside School Hours Care service.
  • Develop and implement high-quality programs for children.
  • Supervise and support staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • Current Employee Working with Children Checks (or willing to obtain).
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willing to obtain).
  • Child Protection Training Certificate (or willing to obtain).
