Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Seven Rooms. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your book of business to ensure strong customer health and adoption.
- Develop success plans to ensure customer objectives are achieved.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Maintain data integrity to track key metrics and analyze findings to optimize revenue.
- Collaborate with various teams across Seven Rooms to deliver quality and thoughtful products to our clients.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience building and implementing systems and processes for internal communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
