Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist position at National Storage is a pivotal role within our Marketing Team based in Brisbane. This highly organized and detail-oriented individual will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and SEO activities.



Key Responsibilities
Paid Search and Social Media

  • Implement and maintain paid search activity according to industry best practices.
  • Drive and develop long-term strategies to sustain strong performance results.

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Create and implement a continued conversion rate optimization testing plan across the website.
  • Collaborate with website developers and external conversion rate optimization providers.

Digital Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain and oversee digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Analyze and report on website performance to the business.

Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of Google Ads, SA360, and the Google Marketing platform.
  • Confidence in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Google Optimise or other website CRO platforms.
  • Solid experience across Meta advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
