About the Role

The Marketing and Communications Manager is a key position at Just Digital People, responsible for driving rapid revenue growth through impactful marketing initiatives across multiple businesses. This hands-on role covers all aspects of marketing, including content creation, social media, PPC, e-commerce, SEO, and website updates on Shopify and WordPress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage marketing and communication strategies for each business in the group.
  • Take ownership of PPC campaigns, organic social media, and general marketing coordination, ensuring alignment with the group's strategic goals.
  • Manage website updates for both Shopify and WordPress platforms as needed.
  • Set and monitor annual marketing budgets.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining channel management plans.
  • Create and manage the customer segmentation and communication strategy.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on performance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of marketing management experience.
  • Experience working in a group of companies will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (required).
  • Attention to detail with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for achieving business objectives.
  • An ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • A high level of computer literacy.
