Production Line Specialist Opportunity

This role involves servicing high-speed production and packaging lines by installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial coding and marking equipment. Troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software systems is also a key part of the job.

The Production Line Specialist will be responsible for delivering onsite support and training, playing a crucial role in keeping Australia's essential manufacturing sectors moving.

Travel and participation in a rotating on-call/weekend roster are included in the role.

There are opportunities for career progression into senior technical or leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission equipment such as CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA, LCM printers
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
  • Support customers with technical training and ongoing service
  • Collaborate with internal sales and account teams
  • Maintain accurate service records and asset databases
  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned service zones

What You'll Bring:

5+ years' experience in field service, maintenance, or automationTrade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or MechatronicsStrong problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical, and software systemsExposure to industrial printers or packaging line systems (advantageous)Valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travelA customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
