Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a dynamic professional to provide exceptional service to our customers through a personalized experience and exceptional product knowledge.

This role plays an integral part in ensuring store operations run smoothly and effectively. The successful candidate will be employed on a Sunday to Thursday roster, working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding customer needs
  • Be business savvy, always looking for new and better ways to improve service and sales
  • Act as ambassadors of the brand, being confident and stylish
  • Build belonging and community spirit with team members and customers
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and support effective stock management
