We are seeking an experienced Lead Customer Experience Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and develop qualified personnel according to established standards and service quality metrics.
- Coordinate and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching opportunities.
- Procure necessary supplies and equipment in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and budgeting processes, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Monitor expenses and enforce adherence to quality standards, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for senior management.
- Proven experience as a customer experience leader or hospitality manager.
- A strong background in customer service or sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solid understanding of customer-centric business practices and industry regulations.
- Knowledge of quality standards and industry best practices, with proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
