Organizational Change Expert

Our organization is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management, with expertise in planning and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.

  • We are looking for a professional who can develop and recommend effective change strategies, manage and implement core change activities, and identify communication needs.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute change and communication strategies and activities. They will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful communications via various channels, ensuring that activities occur on time and within budget.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience in organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Proven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readiness.
  • Strong knowledge of change and communication models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client management and creative thinking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects confidently.
Preferred Requirements
  • PROSCI certification encouraged.
