Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our corporate reporting requirements for Australia and globally.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage financial statements, audits, and compliance returns for Australia and New Zealand.
- Assist in managing and responding to audit queries.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.
- Review and lodge tax filings and BAS for Australia and New Zealand.
- Prepare annual regulatory returns for Australia and New Zealand.
- Ensure statutory audits globally are progressing in line with the agreed timetable.
- Review and consolidate risks to the timetable or a clean audit opinion.
- Manage and monitor the Global compliance program as it relates to Finance accountabilities.
- CA/CPA/CIMA designation with at least 5 years' relevant experience in similar roles.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively and flexibly as part of a team, including with colleagues overseas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS standards and their application.
- Flexible hybrid working from home and our modern Richmond office.
- Finish work at 2pm on Fridays (Dec-Aug).
