About the Role

Pace Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through effective strategic planning and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Integrated Business Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Manage Logistics Operations: Oversee the planning, management, and evaluation of logistics operations to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Lead a Team: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead a team of 7 direct reports to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Management Experience: Proven track record of managing multiple divisions, including operations and supply chain management within manufacturing.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking with a bias for action and ability to drive business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in advanced planning systems and experience in establishing IBP processes and systems.
  • Executive Presence: Strong executive presence and ability to work with senior leaders and key stakeholders through complex and nuanced issues.
