We are seeking an experienced receptionist and administration officer to join our team in a busy strata management office in Rockdale.

Job Description

Main duties include:

  • Receiving and making phone calls, responding to enquiries.
  • Updating client details in our system.
  • Preparing documentation by checking system records and sending out relevant information to clients or related departments.
  • Assisting with various office tasks and supporting the team.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with a polite and clear tone.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
