Bar Management Opportunity

The role requires an experienced professional to lead a venue, working alongside the team at another site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bar operations, ensuring efficient service of beverages to customers.
  • Create effective rosters and resolve conflicts to staff the bar appropriately.
  • Maintain stock levels, develop cocktail lists, and manage inventory.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
  • Responsible Management of Licensed Venue
  • Coffee Barista certification or barista skills desirable
  • Demonstrated experience as a Bar Supervisor or bartender with exceptional communication skills.
