About the Role

This senior-level Transformation Director position plays a pivotal role in spearheading a major organisational reform initiative focused on restructuring and operating model transformation. The successful candidate will support a large portfolio of business-led change programs, ensuring effective implementation of change management frameworks across divisions.

  • Key responsibilities include leading tailored change management plans, engaging and coaching senior leaders, sponsors, and delivery teams to uplift change capability, conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness planning.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading organisational change across complex, multi-stream environments, ideally within the NSW government. They should possess a strong background in process redesign, transformation programs, or restructuring projects.

A highly skilled stakeholder engagement and communication professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to influence at all levels, is required. Additionally, proficiency with change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) and digital collaboration tools is desirable.
