Residential Hotel Operations Manager

As a live-in motel manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our front desk, reservation, housekeeping and maintenance teams. Your role will involve managing staff, including rostering, recruiting and training, while controlling labor costs.
You will also be responsible for resolving guest complaints in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure high levels of on-site customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, you will review customer feedback and propose continual improvement actions to boost customer satisfaction.
Other key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with liquor occupational health and safety regulations and coordinating purchasing activities with local and overseas suppliers.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably with at least one year of full-time experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of reservations software and MS Office.

Additionally, you will receive a performance bonus and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
OthersThis is a 12-month contract position, with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
