We are seeking a senior underwriter to join our team.

Job Description

This is a mid-senior level role in the finance and sales industry, specifically within the insurance sector. The Senior Underwriter will be responsible for assisting in the growth and maintenance of profitable business within their allocated regions portfolio of business. Key responsibilities include underwriting schemes and medium to large sized policies, delivering professional customer service to brokers and internal colleagues, and contributing to the alignment of risk and compliance management practices.

The ideal candidate will have multi-line property and casualty experience, commercial lines expertise, and strong broker relationship skills. A natural relationship builder with a passion for business and driving results is essential.

This role offers opportunities to write multiline business, exposure to multiple product areas, and broadening underwriting expertise. The Senior Underwriter will work autonomously with support from an experienced team, combining technical underwriting with relationship building.
