Program Coordinator for Children with Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our innovative after-school care program.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the program and supporting the site coordinator, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of school-age children with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising staff and engaging with children through various activities, including reading, crafts, sports, and games.
  • Providing care and support during after-school hours from 2 pm to 6 pm on weekdays and school holiday care from 9 am to 5 pm or until the last child is collected.

Requirements:

  • Experience in child services, education, or disabilities with leadership aspirations.
  • Passion for child development and education.
  • Strong ethics, child safety awareness, and work health and safety knowledge.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in the face of change.
