Morning Caregiver for Special Needs Children

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team as a Morning Caregiver for three children with special needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent nurturing skills, be patient and willing to play a significant role in the lives of the children, contributing to their growth and well-being.
Responsibilities include assisting with morning care routines, meal preparation, toileting, bath time supervision, engaging the children in playtime activities and learning, implementing strategies provided by their therapists, following dietary requirements specific to each child, and taking the time to understand each child individually.
Requirements:- A minimum 3 years' full-time experience in childcare working as a nanny, child carer, child educator or in similar positions
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate issued in Australia
- Current Victorian Working With Children Check for Employees
- National Police Clearance issued within 12 months in Australia
- Permanent Australian residency or a valid working visa
- Legal employment with above award wages
- Penalty rates where applicable
- Overtime rates
- Paid superannuation
- Support & Guidance through the agency
- Mentoring sessions with experienced caregivers
- Regular professional development sessions
