Program Coordinator - Out of School Hours Care

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Coordinator for Out of School Hours Care. As a key member of our program delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Before School Care, After School Care, and Holiday Care programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stimulating educational child care programs that meet the needs of school-age children.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all children, including planning and implementing activities and events that promote social interaction, physical activity, and cognitive development.
  • Assist children with daily routines, such as homework help and meal preparation.
  • Manage and develop your team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, families, and children through regular updates, meetings, and one-on-one interactions.
  • Complete general administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and data entry.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Childhood or Education studies or other ACECQA recognised qualification.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid HLTAID004, CPR, Anaphylaxis Management, and Asthma Management training.
  • Strong knowledge of National Regulations and My Time Our Place learning framework.
