The role of a Finance and Investments Officer is to provide expert financial guidance and support to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional with skills in financial markets, financial planning, or accounting.

Working closely with our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Public Trustee and Guardian's Trust account, including financial processes and managing Common Funds. This involves end-of-month processing, accounts payable and receivable, and administering investment plans and client reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial duties such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Managing cash flows and investments
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters

To be successful in this role, you will need tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as finance, economics, or accounting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are highly desirable
