Warehouse Operations Leader

The primary focus of this role is to manage and oversee the daily warehouse operations in Warrnambool, ensuring efficiency and productivity are maintained at a high level.

As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports, promoting a culture that prioritizes safety above all else. This includes conducting regular toolbox meetings and maintaining open communication channels with team members.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure site productivity and maintain regular communication with internal departments and clients/suppliers.
  • Manage daily staff activities, including workload distribution, performance evaluation, leave coordination, and staff development and engagement.
  • Ensure daily warehouse operations meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as container packs/unpacks, pre-loads, documentation, and stock control.

This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability during peak seasons. As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
