Job Title: Platform Specialist

The role involves providing expert technical guidance and support for the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include development, review, and implementation of Jira stories and solution artifacts, as well as provision of advice on best practices and platform features to stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration, as well as relevant certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Essential skills and qualifications also include expertise in Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, forms workflows, integration hub, and custom Service Portal widgets.
