Solution Architecture Delivery Specialist

  • Establish and maintain best practices in ServiceNow architecture development, ensuring governance processes enhance solution quality and meet organisational standards.
  • Contribute to the development of ServiceNow design principles, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies while reducing technical debt and enhancing platform performance.
  • Oversee the integration designs of ServiceNow with other platforms and/or third-party ServiceNow instances.
  • Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, built according to business requirements, organisational standards, and IT strategy, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities and supporting accuracy and completeness of the configuration management database (CMDB).
  • Engage in hands-on ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, configuration, integration, and customisation, to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
  • Investigate opportunities for platform optimisation and innovation within ServiceNow, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of industry trends while enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.

Stakeholder Engagement and Vendor Management

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Heads of Business Units and ServiceNow vendors to ensure alignment on architecture direction and platform priorities.
  • Provide expert guidance and technology advice, working closely with product and process owners, assisting in the formulation of platform strategy, investments, and ServiceNow roadmap decisions.
