Senior ServiceNow Professional

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior ServiceNow Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and manage APIs, data imports, and scheduled jobs to streamline operations.
  • Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, development, and security are applied to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and enhancement requests promptly.
  • Support platform upgrades and patching activities to ensure seamless integration.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and business users to understand requirements and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. Additional certifications are highly desirable.
  • Early to mid-career SN specialist with hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations is essential.
  • Configuration management principles knowledge is necessary for this role.
