About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding position where you will be working with individuals who have been injured at work.
You will guide all parties through each stage of the claims process, manage treatment approvals, return to work and injury management plans, and handle weekly payments and provider invoices.
Responsibilities
- Support clients who have experienced work-related injuries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement treatment plans
- Manage administrative tasks related to claim processing
Requirements
- Previous experience in workers compensation is desirable but not essential
- Background in healthcare, nursing, or allied health is suitable
- You must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working towards positive outcomes for all parties
- You should possess a caring nature that prioritizes customer needs and demonstrates empathy in challenging situations
- You should be highly organized and able to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks
