Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist

 

  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist to join our team in Newcastle. As a specialist, you will be working with our Joint Replacement team, providing clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning, ensuring that our products are used effectively in hip and knee replacement procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional service and support across the Northern Territory.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver ongoing training and education to hospital staff on effective use of Stryker products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning.
  • Ensure exceptional service and support to public and private hospitals.

 

  • Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous.
