Job Title: Project Officer

This role is designed for a highly organized and skilled individual to assist with the launch of our QLD Fishing 2.0 app.

  • Assist in activities preparing the QLD Fishing 2.0 app for release by collaborating with comms and Digital Solutions staff.
  • Source images for missing species in the app and explore additional images for existing species.
  • Work closely with Fisheries QLD staff and the comms team to gather required information for requested species.
  • Coordinate user support, including troubleshooting and assisting users where necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience working with stakeholders, and ability to travel occasionally.

Desirable skills include interest in QLD Fisheries, contributing to a positive team culture, and previous experience developing project communication.

Mandatory requirements include current possession of a valid Driver's License.
