Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to the firm's leadership and employees, directly contributing to the success and growth of our business.
  • Lead essential HR processes, including overseeing the annual promotion and remuneration cycle, driving talent initiatives, and supporting the ongoing implementation of our career and reward framework.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key stakeholders on employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with teams to align people strategies with group goals, including talent, performance, and remuneration reviews.
  • Identify improvements to HR policies and practices, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and change management.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies, and legal compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
