Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct labour and subcontractors
  • Report on project progress and conduct weekly meetings
  • Provide advice on technical issues
  • Liaise closely with clients to ensure project adherence to schedule
  • Travel to site and support teams
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple projects

About You:

  • You are a positive leader with approximately 5 years of on-site management experience
  • Experience in mining, plant maintenance, and shutdowns
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver complex shutdowns
  • Strong program and planning skills
  • Proficiency in managing costs

Requirements:

  • White Card
  • Driver's License
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
