Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead remediation projects across various sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing blast & paint, concrete repair, and structural integrity projects from initial setup through to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.

About the Role
  • Lead remediation projects from initiation to completion
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with direct labour and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
  • Provide regular progress reports and conduct weekly meetings
  • Liaise closely with clients to ensure project delivery meets their expectations
  • Involvement in tendering and estimation processes
  • Travel to project sites and support the team
  • Manage self-perform crews and improve efficiencies
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in an on-site management role, preferably in mining, plant maintenance, and shutdowns
  • Strong program and planning skills
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and cost control
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and subcontractor management skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
