UXO Remediation Project Coordinator Job

Location: Australia (Remote/Home Office)

Overview

The UXO Remediation Project Coordinator role involves supporting project planning, proposal development, and contract delivery. You will work closely with senior project leaders to shape and execute complex remediation projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, proposal development, and contract delivery in line with client requirements.
  • Assist with coordination and supervision of UXO field operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor budgets, support financial reporting, and help keep projects on track.
  • Partner with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, collaborative, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in project administration or a related role (UXO, environmental, or technical fields highly regarded).
  • Exposure to field operations or Australian Defence Force (ADF) contracts (desirable).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A sound understanding of budget management and reporting fundamentals.
