Job Overview

The Regional Segment Manager plays a pivotal role in formulating, developing, and implementing market segment go-to-market strategies as part of the Market Segment Execution plan across APAC, excluding China.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Country MDs and Market Managers to identify business needs, determine key accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of go-to-market activities.
  • Develop profitable growth strategies for industry and renewables, including product value propositions and positioning.
  • Foster relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executives.
  • Establish and monitor sales pipelines, forecast, and track metrics.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business or engineering highly desired.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in electrical power equipment industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
