About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support people with disabilities in living independently and maintaining their social wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with customers, promote independent decision making, and work within the principles of person-centred practice.
- Supporting customers to achieve their goals through capacity building activities
- Assisting customers with daily personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, meal preparation, etc.
- Transporting customers to and from services or activities

Requirements:
- Ability to build rapport with diverse customers

- Willingness to learn and adapt
