**Your Role Will Involve**:

- Providing personal care and daily support to individuals with disabilities
- Assisting with everyday activities and community engagement
- Encouraging independence and improving overall quality of life
- Building respectful, meaningful relationships with clients and their families

**What You'll Need**:

- Previous experience in a disability support or care role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping others
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
