Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. As a key member of our Community Care division, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of health programs and support services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and support to employees and volunteers to foster a culture of employee engagement, dynamic communication, and service integration.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate and manage services to deliver a holistic approach to service delivery, focusing on the assessed needs and rights of our clients.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the evaluation of service provision through planned reviews and regular needs assessments involving clients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams as appropriate.
- Operational Excellence: Work with the Branch Manager to ensure client services are provided in an environment of continuous quality improvement, reablement-focused care, support, and innovation.
- Business Operations: Support the Branch Manager's monthly review with the Business Operations Manager to ensure ongoing operational viability.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive management experience, preferably in a community service or health organization.
- Financial Management: Well-developed understanding of financial management.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Community Care industry and the operational requirements of a Community Care Branch.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills to ensure ability to use Ozcare's management and Community Care systems.
- Driver's License: Current Queensland Driver's License.
- Certifications: First aid and CPR certificate required within one month of commencement, proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough), vaccination against Influenza and Covid-19 is strongly recommended.
- Certifications: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card (Working with Children Check), current National Police Check, prior to commencement, qualify as Key Personnel.
