Your Role

Ozcare is seeking an enthusiastic person with advanced management skills in hospitality and administration to join the team at our aged care facility.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, this is a key management position within the facility team and is integral to the provision of high quality services within the hospitality and administrative services for the location. 

In the role, you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing exceptional leadership to your team
  • Delivery and oversight of administration, environmental support, and hospitality services
  • Innovative service delivery with a high level of customer focus
  • Forward business planning and input into the facilities future directions
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance within legislative requirements

Role Requirements

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check 
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (current or willingness to obtain)
  • Significant experience in management within hospitality or a support service industry
  • Tertiary Qualifications in hospitality and or management desirable
  • Current First aid & CPR certificates
