Dispute Resolution Manager

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team dealing with payment disputes.
**Job Description:**
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and handling complex customer service escalations, including fraud, chargebacks, and disputes across multiple platforms.
They will be expected to coach and train their team members to achieve success in their roles and engage with payment providers, customers, and marketplace sellers to resolve disputes effectively.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 1-3 years of experience in a payments disputes role or similar customer service position.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find effective solutions.
- Experience with process changes and compliance requirements, with the ability to update training materials accordingly.
